Laser coding problems and solutions summary

1. The laser temperature is too high

Description of the problem: When the laser anti-counterfeit label coding program chooses to print or mark by Ezcad, the prompt "Laser temperature is too high" appears.

Cause: The laser is not powered.

Solution: Check the laser power line, turn on the laser power after power-on, and re-pneumatic code program or Ezcad.

2. "LMC" version error

Description of the problem: When calling the code program or Ezcad, the prompt "LMC version error".

Cause: EzCad was installed locally on the computer, and the Ezcad that came with the local computer was not uninstalled when the program was installed.

Solution: Uninstall the locally installed code program, or reset the option to open when opening the template, select EzCad in the Maidi code program as the default open mode.

3. The red light position is offset from the actual print position

Description of the problem: When laser coding is performed, the red light is displayed to adjust the position of the nameplate, but after the nameplate position is adjusted, the actual coding position and the position of the red light are shifted.

Cause: The calibration of the coding position and the red position was not performed before the coding was performed.
