1. Broken label
In the processing of synthetic tag anti-counterfeiting label materials, label manufacturers use special knives. 2. Die-cutting and creasing process
In the production of anti-counterfeiting labels, manufacturers use die-cutting cutters to cut or indent printed labels, so that when the label is lifted by others, it will break from the cutting and indentation. At present, this process has also been widely used in anti-counterfeiting tags, but the disadvantage is that the damage rate of the tags is relatively high and it is inconvenient to label during production.
3. Alumina sandwich label
When this kind of tag anti-counterfeiting label is uncovered, layering will appear. After the surface layer is peeled off, the aluminum oxide sandwich label remains on the sticker, while the bottom layer is still on the sticker. In fact, the principle is the same as that of layered lifting, but the technical means are different. Its processing technology is more complicated and the production cost is relatively high.
The application of tag anti-counterfeiting labels with regard to anti-tipping technology is not limited to the above three types, there are also fragile paper type, laser shredding type, layered lift type and tamper-proof seal type. It's just that these technologies have disadvantages such as high cost or too complicated process when they are used, which do not meet the requirements of the clothing industry for anti-counterfeiting labels.
